Welcome to Thread Flow. By using our mobile application ("App") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Thread Flow operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) operational platform utility. We provide tools for boutique owners and workers to manage orders, customer measurements, and business workflows. Thread Flow is purely an organizational software tool and does not act as a tailor, boutique, or delivery partner.

2. Account Responsibilities

Boutique Operators & Workers: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your profile.
Accuracy of Data: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer names, measurement profiles, payment statuses, and contact details inputted into the App.

3. Limitation of Liability

Thread Flow provides a platform for boutique management, but we do not participate in or oversee the physical transactions, tailoring, or communications executed between boutiques and their clients.

By using Thread Flow, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

Tailoring & Delivery: Thread Flow acts solely as an operational platform utility. We are not legally liable for individual boutique delivery mistakes, missing items, poor craftsmanship, or tailored garment alterations.
SMS & Carrier Charges: Our background SMS automation engine relies on the boutique owner’s local device SIM card. We are not responsible or liable for any local SIM cell service carrier SMS charges, rate limits, overages, or failed deliveries caused by carrier issues.
Data Integrity: While we ensure your data is backed by Google Firebase with HTTPS data-in-transit security, you agree that Thread Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the loss of data or business interruptions.

4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not modify, adapt, or hack the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Firestore servers or cloud infrastructure.
You must not misuse the SEND_SMS utility to send promotional spam, phishing links, or unauthorized messages to clients.

5. Account Termination

User Termination: Boutique operators and their workers retain full rights to delete their profiles natively via the settings dashboard at any time, which deactivates their storage entities.
Platform Termination: Thread Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if a user is found violating these Terms, including but not limited to abusing the background SMS engine.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Thread Flow reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
